Your waist to hip ratio is 0.81. The upper cutoff for a healthy waist to hip ratio for a woman is 0.8. It would be good for you to lose about 5-10 pounds so that you could lose an inch from around your waist, making your waist to hip ratio 0.78.

It looks to me like the average healthy woman has measurements around 36-27-36.

I think you are pretty normal. It's normal to gain a little weight around the waist as we get a little older. If you were a swimsuit model, you know that you need to be about 15 lbs underweight to look perfect for the camera, so you don't have a thing to worry about. If you feel you are a bit overweight, it's maximum 5 lbs, and that can be lost quite easily with a little weight training and Yoga, and dietary discipline. Most important is that you feel comfortable in your own skin. What is normal is relative to your own frame. If you look good in clothes, and feel comfortable with your body, that's the bomb!

Blessings,
Rani

You cannot determine if you are a normal size by your measurements. You can determine your body mass index(BMI) using BMI calculators on the internet to determine if you are at a healthy weight. Remember the BMI is a guideline and doesn't accurately rate everyones body. Ask your doctor if you are at a healthy weight for your height.

A normal body is what you are happy with. Your measurements are fine, it's when they go down to Nicole Richie's size is when you have to worry.
