A good massage. But you don't want to roll the muscle: That would just make it worse. You want to use pressure and perhaps a little pounding. And after everything is properly relaxed again, try a heating pad or a hot shower.
Feel better!

For a short fix, get a heating pad or some Therma-Care or Icy Hot patches. Heat is a good deterrent. You really need to see a doctor if they last for more than a while, though. Also, you can try some yoga. It often gets tension out in the short-term. Try any of these on this website; use a belt for a strap and towels for a mat and blocks.

Therapeutic massage would be your best bet. It really works to get those knots out if you find a good therapist.
