Try laying flat on the floor for a couple of minutes to see if your back will pop. If that doesn't work I would advice seeing a chiropractor to have your back put back into place. After either one use a cold compress through out the day to help with inflammation of the muscles.

Muscle strain? Stress? Flu?

Try some Advil and a warm shower or bath. Gently stretch your back before you go to sleep. In the morning, gentle stretch again and if needed, another dose of Advil. If the pain does not stop within 2-3 days, then go see your doctor. Hope you feel better.

It sounds like you could have pulled a muscle or strained yourself? I would try a massage therapist or a chiropractor. A heating pad may help as well or soak in a hot bath for awhile. Tylenol can help relieve some of your pain.....hoping you feel better soon.

You probably have strained your back muscles. A hot shower followed by a long relaxing soak can help.
