well, her husband should try and get a Job, no matter where; and so should she. why doesn't she check with her Bank if they would loan Money to her? Good Luck to you.

Honestly???

1. Tell the husband to get off of his **** and get a job!

2. Sell the house for a $50,000+ profit.

3. Move to any southern state, AND RENT a house that costs $150,000 or so. Swear to god, your friend will get the same size house they have now or EVEN BIGGER AND BETTER. Use proceeds from $50,000+ profit sale to pay rent as you rent home.

4. Spend your free time in the South to find new job. Use proceeds from $50,000 sale of old home to hold you over as you look for gainful employment. There are plenty of good paying jobs in the South for people who want to work.

5. Once you get a job and have been employed for at least 6 months, purchase a HOME! Put down 20% of the $150,000 home value ($30,000) on the new home in the South to qualify for the mortgage. If you put this much down on home -- YOU WILL GET HOME IN THE SOUTH.

And trust, you can get a decent amount of house in the South for $150,000!!!!!

6. If the husband does not get a job, use remaining proceeds to divorce his ****. He needs to be homeless if he is going to remain trifling.

Tell her husband to get a job! Even if he stands outside of Home Depot or on La Brea and Pico with a tool box.

Tell her to go to prosper.com and try for a loan. She doesn't have much equity, but even if she did without a job it wouldn't do her much good.
