I guess that's just an occupational hazzard.

Have you tried back relaxation exercises? One is to flop over slowly like a rag doll with your arms hanging loose dragging your knuckles across the floor and your head hanging down also. Then you very, very slowly start standing up by stacking your vertabrae one on top of the other from the bottom up. This should take quite a while and you keep your arms and head hanging down. When you are just about standing up straight, you slowly bring up your head. This helps realign your back but you might have to do it twice to feel better.
If this is your chosen field; you need to have a good chiropractor so they know you really well and your history.

Try pilates or yoga classes- they'll help stretch your muscles so when they're worked they won't be in such shock and they'll be more pliable and loose for you to do your thing. You can also get together with a local massage therapist that can do wonders for you with regular massage. They can help with the pain, ask specifically for deep tissue if you can take the pressure and or myofasical release- which stretches the muscles as well and then she/he can work deeper getting inbetween areas on your lower back. A more traditional role- try a doctor or a chiropractor. They might suggest phyiscal therapy- even though an experienced massage therapist can do the same thing if not better. Good luck.....hope you get to feeling better!

You'll want to learn some exercises to relax and strengthen your back. Your coach should be able to make suggestions.

Good luck!
