so im a senior in high school, and theres this girl that i used to know when we were real young and i started talking to her back in august and ive gone out with her 2 times but it was with her friends too, sometimes ill call her, she wont answer and i wont talk to her for a week and then she'll message me out of the blue asking me "what im doing tonight" , and then ill message her back and we might hang out or we might not, and i cant figure out if she likes me or just wants to be friends, what should I do? please help me

just ask her out on a date and see where that takes you.
the best way to ask a girl is to ask her casually and directly so that if she rejects you it seems like no big deal and you go along with what you were doing instead of having that akward silence hanging around.

it sounds like she might not be sure. There could be someone else on her mind as well as you and she doesn't know who she wants to follow through with. I am kind of having that problem where i dont know who is the right guy. But dont take it personally at all... but try adn talk to her more. Not too mcuh, dont stalk her or anything.. maybe text message her.. thats casual.. or get her sn or something.
keep in touch.. and try to hint your feelings for her too=)

Man, all I can tell is that if a girl likes you she will ALWAYS answer the phone when you call or return your call or page right way. That's been my experience.
You can always ask her...
