WE got it from sears, but we bought it in the states. i'm back home in canada now, but do you think i can bring the camera back to the sears here? i have the receipt and warranty and all the boxes and stuff. or should i just mail it back to the states and get them to fix it?

Yes, you should be able to return it to any sears store as long has you have the receipt.

Take it to a Sears near you first. There should be no reason you could not bring it to Sears in Canada. Sears is Sears the world around. Good Luck

Try the Warranty at a local Sears store near you. If they do not accept it (Awkward isn't it?), try going to the Sears website and look for warranties or the like. Maybe you can get it shipped back to the U.S and replaced for a new one.

I'd try the Sears in Canada first. They should say yes or no if they can replace it. Then ask how to fix it then. They could get in contact with the Sears in the U.S. and help you. Try local first before you send it anywhere. That's too bad its broken, I hope you can replace it.

it shouldn't matter where you are...return it to the sears near you. If they give you a problem....deal with it then
