To check for a stroke: look in the mirror and stick your tongue STRAIGHT OUT. If your tongue bends to either side, you have suffered a stroke (which affects your muscle control, usually only on one side). This can happen even to young people, so please check ASAP, and call an ambulance immediately if you notice that you can't stick your tongue out straight.

If you aren't showing any signs of stroke, then make an appointment to see your doctor tomorrow. You could just have a headache, or you might have a serious ear infection or the flu. Best to be sure. In response to the person who suggested going to your eye doctor first - eye exams are very expensive and not covered by most insurance plans. If you are worried about your eyesight, you can ask your regular doctor to check on that tomorrow when you go in. They won't be able to do the full eye exam, but they will be able to do a preliminary exam for the regular cost of your co-pay.

U need to get some camphor chapstick and rub on your neck and then place a hot water bottle under the groove of your neck.(fill an empty pepsi bottle with hot water will do)
The massage may have been too intensed.
Take a motrin , that may help.

I have never heard of being paralyzed by a massage. You could have a pinched nerve. But because of your eyesight being blurred, I would go to and eye doctor first and have your eyes checked, then depending on what he told you, I would go to my family doctor second. Good luck.
