I got hypnotized tonight at a comedy club and I have a few questions about it. I really don't remember anything about it, aside from volunteering and then waking up. My friends say I did a lot of funny stuff but I have no idea. Also when I woke up I felt really groggy and loopy. I still feel kind of out of it, is that normal? I've never gone under hypnosis before and I am just worrying. Is this psychsomatic, or are these genuine hypnosis side effects. So yeah...let me know. Thanks!

I have been hypnotized several times. What I know is that your mind will not leave you do anything that will harm your body. I had to walk around the room to find an object. When I came to a chair that was in the middle of the room, I stopped and when around the chair. Another time I was sitting in a re-climber chair and the hypnotist told us that we were holding empty buckets in each hand. He told us that he was filling the buckets with sand, before I knew it, my arms became heavier and heavier. You know that is why they say mind over matter. You will be OK, relax nothing happen to harm you.
