Spirituality is primarily any attitude and not a ritual. The right spiritual attitude is developed by spiritual practices. Spiritual practice without spiritual attitude has no fruit and the spiritual attitude without spiritual practice has no root. Hence, Spirituality is both a practice and an attitude.

I'd have to say it is both.
To be in touch with our spiritual side we need to practice spiritual activites everyday and those activities are really going to effect our attitude and bring us into a spiritual state of mind that will show in everything we say and do.
Luke 6. 44 says " Each tree is known by its own fruit."
If you are a spiritual person it will come through in practice and attitude.
Hope that helps

It's a state of being, out of which flows your attitudes and your practices.

Neither. Spirituality is a place one arrives at through trial and experiences and either becomes a better person with a bigger heart after all or becomes bitter and hateful with a selfish heart. I guess there are a few zombies, as well. It ain't easy no matter what.

I think it is neither practice, nor strictly attitude, but the proper balance of both.

It's an option each of us must choose. You may even change your mind a number of times over the years, unless you are unlucky enough to die at the wrong time of thinking in your life. God Bless.

i believe spirituality is an emotion, a feeling of being in touch with or a part of or an aspect of a concept we (generically) call "God". the imagination clothes it in the conceptualization of symbol or form and we invent practices or rituals to invoke those symbols or forms in order to attain the feeling of being spiritual, of being in touch with or a part of or an aspect of "God".
