i have alot of muscle in my legs and they are big how can i loose that fat and muscle???? i have really big calves ind im 5'4 , but i dont look my weight from the hips up but hips down my thighs and legs are huge.

U need to start lifting weights on your ankles and do some leg lifts sideways.
Walk more outdoors.

Try some cardio or yoga. And dont do too much.
