Making eye contact really mean I like you?

Ever since august this guy has been staring me down every time he sees me, when I look back at him I feel like its just me and him and nobody else around, but does the eye contact have a meaning or its just a look?

Eye contact can mean two things, the person is interested in you, or the person is interested in stalking you. Be Careful!!!!

Go up to him and ask him why he keeps staring???....usually most guys are shy to come up to a girl..
