my mid back is very sore and painful and has been this way for over a month when i twist , bend sideways or bend backwards . When i make these movements intensely i sometimes hear cracking or popping noises and feel like something moves . Could this be a cause of cancer in some of the organs . ie pancreas .

no, it COULD however be a slipped disc, or degenerative disc disease. go talk to a doctor, they'll perform some tests to make sure you dont require surgery to prevent damage to your spine.

Shouldn't cause cracking or grinding noises if the cancer is only in a organ. How long has it been sience you have seen your doctor for updates on your cancer? I dont want to scare you but if the cancer has moved to the bone marrow then that could cause the cracking or grinding noises . Go see your doctor to be sure.
