You're pretty safe. At this time of year, the Ramen police are too busy working double shifts. They're out arresting forgers for making Chex mix with store brand cereal and trying to pass off Carmelized Bean Ball 'Apples' as the real thing.
And heaven help the person who tries to fob off a batch of cheap chocolates by serving them in a Godiva box!
