Yes God is everywhere and God is nearer than your throat in line with islamic teaching,because God can not be seen physically.God is like a light.God does not need a house.In Islam God's house is the building for worshipping to God that is mosques.There are so many mosques around the world.

God being everywhere "omnipresent" is not in the Bible. That expression was invented by Religious Empires in order to scare and control their membership.
God is anywhere he wants to be would be a more apt description.
To your dog you are anywhere you want to be. Proof: You can open the door knob, your dog can't.
To your dog you are all powerful. Proof: You can open a can of dogfood, your dog can't.
To your dog you are God. Proof: Well, I am sure you get the point.
I do not limit God to ancient meanings in ancient manuscripts, interpreted by Bubba Preachers to build, maintain, and grow their empires.
You might not have discerned it, but I just so happen to be a Christian. Proof: Jesus is my savior too.
Harmony is harmony.
Disharmony is the only sin against God.
Read the whole Bible and discern its (this)central message.
