my grandma's younger sister is 97. Grandma's been dead since 1983. I'm envious of my great aunt's grandkids for having their grandma so long... I could write her and ask her how she's lived so long...but her daughter's been doing her christmas cards for the last several years, so I don't know how soon she'd answer.

I'm not sure if that's physically possible...but a healthy diet and plenty of exercise (at least 60 mins of intense workout every day) always helps.

Why? Everybody you love will be gone by then even your kids. I don't think it's possible people don't live that long. By the time you get older you'll change your mind!
