my brother wants me to ask you people a question. His girlfriend told him that she is grounded until Jan.3 from her mother. He can't speak or hang out with her until then. What should he do?

what my bro used to do is go to his gf house in the middle of the night but her house was like 3 miles away. still does it and has not got cought yet.
