I have been uneasy. My buddy was watching me with a keen eye while I vomited. Should I be worried that he might be selling horse meat?

What in the world are you talking about? What does your "buddy" watching you vomit have to do with horse meat? Why would you care if he's selling horse meat, anyway?
The more important question that comes to my mind is why are you vomiting in the first place? Do you have the flu? If you do, and the vomiting has been going on for a while, you may want to see a doctor. Or are you one of those "binge and purge" idiots? If you're one of those, you need to keep your finger out of your throat and get a life.
