It is normal for guys a bit older to like younger girls because females mature faster.
And usually girls like guys a bit older than them.
Now if it was an adult male who was hitting on you!
That is not normal and he should be put away!

cause maybe you look alright, some guys go for cute, innocent girls like asians, even though they are not as innocent as they look, I know b/c im asian also but anyways..since it is in middle school, that is not that much older, when you get to highschool and beyond, you will see what I mean..
