I have abou 3 rolls of blubber on my belly. My thighs are huge and rub together wen i walk. Also i am 5 ' 2.5" and weigh 139 pounds.

Yep, you are. Sorry to break it to you, not "only a little". If you are young - you are seroiusly obese. If you are in your 40s then yes you are overweight.

Yes, Hon, you are. You sound fairly lazy to me and thats what may have caused this. Also, you need to shead a few extra pounds or you are going to get fatter than you already are.

So get off the computer and go for a walk. Also, because of those 'rolls' you need to do some tightning excersises.

You may be a little overweight for your height but I wouldn't call it unhealthy. Try walking for a continual exercise. Believe it or not, it's better than running and burns more fat.

Don't let the media influence you either about how you should look. You're a beautiful person just the way you are!!

As a single parent and if i had two choose between a women with a little weigh or a women who looks like a branch well i would have to go with the women with a little weigh as theres more to hold and more to love so i guess i would have to say no ur not over weigh

If you feel good, and your doctor says your healthy (Blood pressure/cholesterols okay)... I think your fine.

Maybe try taking up something like swimming. ... Swimming is great becuase its an areobic exericse, you'll burn a lot of calories, and you'll also strengthen the muscles almost all over your body.

Or maybe walk for a half hour a day ...

exercise will burn calories, and make you feel good.

To be honest for your height you are a little over weight but not my much...at 5' 2.5" the weight for you is 105lbs,at least that`s what the doctor told my step daughter ..b/c she is 17 and is 5" 2.5" tall and weights 125.I hope this doesn't upset you b/c i'm just telling you what her doctor told her last week.

i woundn't say u are too over weight. cause considering your height and weight ratio its only a little more than its supposed to. u ideal weight should be around 115lbs. so u need to lose some pound and u'll be fit....

Not really fat. But you could probably stand to either lose a few pounds (no need to go crazy) or tone up.

Sometimes the "rolls" are just because your clothes are too tight.

Well, you are just verging on being overweight. You could lose a few pounds if you liked, maybe 10lb or so. HTH : )
