How does she show the exact opposite of how she says she feels about you? Because she still speaks to you? Or she smiles at you. Clarify the point you are trying to make.

Are you sure she's into you? Well then maybe she's scared. Maybe something happened on her past relationship, maybe her exboyfriend cheated on her. So, if you're sure she likes you too, and that you truly loves her, you have to work extra hard to gain her trust in you. Prove to her that you are not fooling around and definately not like her ex. But before that, you need to tell her about your feelings towards her, and ask her why she's acting that way. I'm just guessing that she'd probably got a bad experience in a relationship before. I don't know. Just ask her. Or maybe you can just ask her friends about it.

She is Obviously shy and is not ready for the situation to go further yet or she is afraid she might loose you if she goes further.
Talk to her and get to know her the best you can then she will learn to trust you and you can go further in relationship together
