complain to the principal, or dean, and get backup from your friends, get as many pople as you can to tell them he is a horrible teacher

The answer is YOU take the responsibility for failing. If you don't understand the teacher, find someone that can help you. I had an algebra teacher I didn't understand. I had my dad tutor me. I wanted a good grade to get into college.

Don't blame it on the teacher. YOU need to learn the material. Find a way to learn.
