My brother-in-law has said that soaking the affected part in milk helps. He knows this from horrible personal experience!

As the person the question was asked for, my only way of solving it after trying all the dairy in the house, the lotions and aloe vera was ice. The cold was the only thing that made the burn (and i do mean burn) resolve enough that i could actually sleep - 4 hours after touching the peppers!

first rinse your skin with cold water, and if you still have the burn use some sort of dairy product on it, i find that sour cream is the best as it is easy to apply and tasts good when you go to remove, but placing whatever has that burn in milk works great also. good luck
