I think yoiur spelling is wrong. It should be spelled Ganesh, Ganesa or even Ganapati. No it is not one of the gods of Islam, since Islam do not believe in any other gods, but only one God, Allah SWT Ganesh, Ganesa or Ganapati is a Hindu god, with a head of an elephant. He is supposed to be the first son of Shiva and considered as the god of intellect and wisdom.

What are you talking about? Islam is monotheistic. Ganesh is a Hindu god.

If you aren't being sarcastic, have you confused "five gods" for the "5 pillars" (rules) of Islam? Can't remember all, but I do remember fasting, prayer, and pilgrimage--someone asked the question earlier if you want to look it up.

Ganesha is a god of Hinduism, one of the most popular gods of Hinduism, in fact. He must be worshipped before any other god.

Islam has only Allah.

Btw: Hinduism has more than 5 Devas (gods), although most Hindus consider themselves monotheistic, since they view those Devas as all emanations of Brahma.
