Yes. Tell your Mrs. to wrap the banana nut bread securely in plastic freezer wrap and then wrap it again in aluminum foil. Write the item name and date on a piece of adhesive tape and stick it on the foil. The banana nut bread should last about 3 months in the freezer.

Absolutely! It will last a while too. I have a great aunt who makes the best banana nut bread, so when she comes, she gives me three or four loaves at a time,and I pop them in the freezer all the time! I don't see her too often, so she knows I like to make her delicious snacks last in between visits!

commonly walnuts, yet i assume pecans or almonds could be the two as sturdy. i've got placed shredded zucchini in banana bread until now... you don't be conscious the style, in basic terms that that's totally moist banana bread.

yes if u can freeze regular bread u can freeze banana nut bread (which is my favorite).Just make sure it is wrapped tightly.

Oh yes! My mom makes this every Christmas season...you can for up to a month. I wouldn't push 3-4 weeks as everything gets that "freezerburn" taste! hth
