It's kind of like the Ball - I recently saw a consumer report on these and other devices - the truth is it may help you lose weight and even tone up but nothing will give you a gym physique but the gym and good genes. If you are genetically predisposed to a square body with a little paunch - that's what you will always have. These devices just play on our vanity and desire to look like someone else. Sorry but even though it may give you toning and strength you won't necessarily look like the model that promotes it.

which one the workout one,if it is that i have it and it doesn't work,it`s a ripoff it's cheap but not working,i have been using it for like 1 year,and no results not even a 4 pack
