Well, I guess if God's intent was to be a total jerk and harm humanity by creating AIDS in the first place, then yeah, he would... But if you've got the rules set up so you have to sacrifice your own son just to get them more or less back on track? No, I don't think you know what you're doing.

It cuts the risk by 50%. Lets say in a high risk area your chance of getting HIV is 70% having unprotected sex. Have an operation and your chances are now 35%. One in three that you will get a fatal disease. More if you would continue having high risk sex. Not odds i would play with.

its mandatory for the Muslim men to circumcise. Its scientifically proven that it can not only cut AIDS growth by 50% but can help prevent hundred and thousands of diseases from spreading.

Ummm.... HIV has been around for about 30 years. Circumcision became a practice 4000 years ago. You're suggesting that God, in anticipation of HIV, told 200 generations of Jewish men to whack of the tips of their penises so that the more promiscuous ones would be less likely to get HIV during this generation?
Condoms practically elminate the risk of AIDS!
Do Human Beings know what we're doing or WHAT?

For everyone who says circumcision doesn't reduce AIDs, the asker is probably basing his question off this recently published article that says YES circumcision does reduce AIDs: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2005/07/06/MNGANDJFVK1.DTL&type=printableL
I think he has an interesting point.

Muslims boys are all circumcised between the age of 4 to 12. Jews too follow the procedure but they circumcised newly born babies which is no good scientifically.
