No, I went to private schools and in no way am I spoilt. There were some at my school that got everything that they asked Daddy for but then I knew girls who went to public schools who were the same.
It depends on upbringing

I think thats a generalization and it has nothing to do with the school. Some people work really hard to put their kids through private school, those kids probably are not spoiled. Others have a ton of money but teach their kids correctly. Others don't. There really isn't an answer to this.
My kids are all really young(3) but they go to private school and will as long as I can afford it. They are not spoiled though, although I will admit SOME of the kids in their class are already. not ALL, but SOME.
Then again, there are spoiled girls at public school as well!

As to the lazy parent comment, how is that lazy? most parents work their butts off to afford those schools to help their kids out in the long run. what is lazy about that?

No one can make such a generalization. You can't judge someone based on where they go to school. And parents who send their children to private school are certainly not lazy. My daughter goes to Catholic school and I am not near lazy. Plenty of parents who send their kids to public school are lazy, too. I have to be involved much more in my daughter's school because it is private. I love it for that reason. I am a single parent and I make unbelieveable sacrifices to send my daughter to her school. The public schools here are great, but not right for her. She has a very late birthday (November) so she is the youngest in her class. I needed a school for her that was more nurturing and attentive, yet still good academically. She is already reading which is more than I'd expected. And she is certainly not spoiled. My daughter loves and appreciates her school and that is all that matters. Any child can be spoiled, no matter where he/she attends school. Like many have said here, it all depends on how they're brought up.

It has nothing to do with the school, it is the parents and how they are bought up. I have been to 3 Private schools and 2 public. There is no difference between the 2 apart from the teachers and uniforms. I had plenty of spoilt girls and boys at the public schools.

Honestly, you'll find spoiled brats at any school. I went to a private school from kindergarten to my senior year. My biggest problem was the church disliking my femminist ideals and that my family is made up of liberals and being dragged to the principals office because the results of my personality quiz said I was cynical and pessimistic...duh, I was a teenager...

Not necessarily. If a child is taught at home to be generous and tolerant, how can he or she be spoiled?
