Nonsense. Where did you get that from? The laws in Birmingham are the same laws that cover all of England. The Muslims may think they wield the power in places like Birmingham, but in fact they are still the minority and must decide whether they accept English law or get out of the country.
It's that old saying, if you don't love it then leave it.
