Although it is more common in African-Americans, the doctor said that thousands of Americans are diagnosed with it every year but he said mine was the worst case of Large Unit-itis he has ever seen. Does anyone else have this affliction? When I asked him where I could get support, he said I should buy a wheelbarrel.

hmm, so your saying that you have a large penis, but its inflammed and irrated. Hmm, yeah, you should maybe get some test done, could be an STD there or UTI.
