Help on Quadra Ionic Breeze Air Purifier!!!!?

Question

on the mode control, where the arrow is pointing to each level, on the arrow there's a light which should be blue but mine is flashing blue. the blue light comes on and off every like 2 sec. and there is no air coming out of the front. I've tried cleaning it and even pluging it to another outlet. doesn't work....................please help if you know the situation i'm talking about. Thanks so much!
