Your friend sounds lonely, the only way you'll get her to stop being with this guy in the states is to help her be with someone else, ideally you. I suggest you tell her how you feel, be nice though, while you may want to point out the disadvantages of a long distance relationship and the advantages of having someone that cares about you here, someone who can wrap his arms around her, laugh with her when she's happy, and be a shoulder to cry on when needs it, someone like you...you don't want to directly cut up her existing boyfriend. That would just piss her off.

Okay if she doesn't even know the guy then she doesn't have a boyfriend. Perhaps she just has an imaginary boyfriend because she knows you have a crush on her and it's her way of telling you she's not available. Explain to her why having a boyfriend she does not know and has never met can be potentially dangerous and that you are simply concerned for her safety and you hope she's being careful.

Tell her exactly what you just said..
And ask her if she has any plans on meeting her boyfriend and if she really expects it to work.
Remind her that sometime down the line she is going to really really want someone to be actually physically there for her.
But whatever you don't let on that YOU have a crush on her cause she'll just say that you're telling her all that to make her want you instead of her current boyfriend.
Then later.. after she has 'forgotten' about him.. move in?

Hi ... you already know she has a bf, so what are you in emergency about?
Try telling her you like her and see what she says. Then ask her what kind of relationship will she have when she does not even know who her bf is, or what he looks like?
Get her to thinking, and he will be history.

Yeah, kinda weird. Since you have the advantage of being able to see her and do things with her, do it. Nothing will come of their relationship since you guys are obviously young. Give it time and just be a good, fun friend.

Talk to her! How can she have a relationship with someone she has never met? Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Watch out for her so she doesn't visit this guy or anything.

Depends on if she likes you or not. Regardless of whether she really likes this guy, if she has feelings for you, she will be more likely to go for you since you're right there. Don't be afraid to tell her how you feel. If she is truly your friend, she will be cool with you despite whether or not she likes you back.

What!??
A BF she has never met, never spoken to, doesn't know anything about...
I have no doubt that she is avoiding you! That is a signal, can't you see it!?
She want you to back off from her...
