I am dating a great guy for 1 month and half (6weeks), and we want to meet each others' families. now my understanding is that if a woman meets the man's family first he is a serious man with serious intentions. otherwise he'd be considered a cheater. what do you think, ladies especially?

That definately does not make him a cheater...
I say do what you are most comfortable with, but really it shouldn't matter. The only thing would be that if his family isn't respectful he might have those traits too, but you will likely know him enough by now.

i must be shy in circumstances like that too. Honey, DON"T DRINK previously you bypass. What are you wondering? by no skill ever meet the mummy and father with liquor on your breath. What you should do is to get a backbone and do exactly it. Shake fingers, smile, this is nice to satisfy you, all that stuff. a good thanks to not enable it tutor is to fake you're following who the hell they're talking about. Familes try this each and every so often and that i land up sitting there going all HUH? yet I only smile, perhaps ask is she okay now or what got here about to her cats. search for your BF and take the lead from there.

Personally I have never heard that. My boyfriend met my family first because my mother and his aunt basically introduced us. I met his family about a month into the relationship. We have been together for a year and half.

How about yall have like a family get together like yall meet both yalls family at the same time like invite them to dinner and let him meet ur family while ur meeting his

I think that you should meet his parents first if he is true to you....I think the saying is true but thats my opinion cause i have been through it my self.
