baby powder gets rid of greasy hair

my aunt taught me n my sis somethin

1. A large bowl
2. 2 eggs (stir well - no shells)
3. Baby Powder
4. A dab of any conditioner (no conditioner that is meant to "smooth" out your hair)
5. ONE table spoon of vinegar

Mix it all together very well and then (gently try) to pour it into an empty bottle. I repeat my self, gently, you wouldn't want your mother to get mad.

Hmm... I don't know why the part would make a difference. But I do think a center part plays up the greasiness more, so I always part on the left or right. If you've been using the same shampoo for too long, that could be the problem. Try using another shampoo. Use a shampoo for oily or normal hair. (If it's clear, it's better. Milky or creamy shampoos tend to be moisturizing). Bathe daily, of couse. Use a clarifying shampoo once or twice a week. Try Back To Basics Citrus Sage or Herbal Essences Drama Clean. Don't put conditioner or alot of styling products on your roots. Don't touch your hair alot. And finally, a sprinkle of baby powder or some sea salt spray can minimize the apperance of oil.

May be it's due to some kind of build up. Hair does accumulate dirt over a period of time if it's under-washed or something, and it starts showing up all of a sudden. So, next time you wash your hair, leave the shampoo on for a minute or so before rinsing it out. That will remove all the dirt and deep cleanse your hair.

I am going to give you a really easy solution, I had the same problem and I went to walmart and bought a bottle of the suave for oily hair. I use it once a week and it has really evened out the oiliness my hair had. Sometimes our hair just gets build up and the normal cleansing and conditioning process doesn't work as well. This is cheap and effective.
