There are a lot of IMPORTANT things about the civil RIGHTS movement. Talk about the great leaders, like MLK or Malcolm X. They're on two different sides of the pole- one for peace, one for revolution. Both got assasinated. Talk about segregation and the important laws and events that happened. Lets see- Rosa Parks, Jim Crow Laws, Brown vs. Board of Education. The 60s were a turbulent time in history, but also a time of progress.
