1. Push away from the table...stop eating before you feel full.
2. Drink plenty of water - 8 glasses a day or more.
3. Walk, run, dance, climb stairs, anything but sit.
4. To tighten the abdominal muscles, lie on your back while propped up on your elbows and with your feet flat on the floor next to your derriere. Keep your stomach muscles tight and the small of your back pushed towards the floor while you bring your knees up to your chest. Keep your stomach muscles tightened and the small of you back still pushed towards the floor (don't let it rock up so you are in a swayback position) while you slowly lower your feet back to the floor. Do a series of about 10 and don't rush, then stretch out with your back on the floor and arms overhead. Go back and do it again doing more reps each day. Always remember to stretch and you won't be sore the next day.

There is no simple way, you have to decide to to it and then just do it. Eat less and burn more calories. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Sit-ups will not reduce the size it only makes, and tones muscle.
Walking is simple, swimming is great, running is good.
Keep snacks to fruit, vegetables, drink water instead of pop

supply up eating such an excellent type of tarts and biscuits and pasta and quick nutrition. start up strolling. supply up taking section in pc video games and really exercising in the living house or outdoors if its no longer too freezing. go swimming at your community leisure centre. cut back out the fizzy beverages except for weightloss plan ones. imagine u understand all of this besides.

Run, run, run, run, run, run, and run some more. Try eating around 2,000 calories per day, cut all fats & sugars out of your diet, and excercise like there is no tomorrow.
