What else should I do? Just watch her to make sure she is feeding them well and she herself is eating and drinking. If you notice her not eating and tending to the puppies instead, move the puppies and coax her to eat then bring them back. You have to make sure she stays healthy as well. Other than that, just make sure their area stays clean and dry and warm for them. Mom will do the rest.
Am I forgetting to do something? Not that it sounds like. =)
How long will it take for their eyes to open? Usually around 7-14 days they will fully open. Just don't try to force them when you see a section open up, that would hurt them. They also cannot see clearly for another 10-14 days after the eyes are open so if they start to wander around, watch them closely!
How long until they get to walk? Usually when the eyes open they will begin to walk around more. Once they can see better, they will start to explore more.
How long until the cord thing left on the puppies disappear? As long as it doesn't stay moist, around the same time frame of the eyes opening.
How long until they get to eat real food? Around 3-4 weeks old or so you can start introducing them to moist food. Dry food around 5-6 but never just jump to it. Small amounts to begin with and when making the swicth to hard food, mix it with the moist and each day decrease the amount of moist mixed in until there is none. This will help them better be able to digest the food.
How long until they can be allowed to wander off outside their "nest"? Never allow them to wander unattended. Even in a fenced in backyard they will need to be watched carefully. When you start solid foods, this is a good time to let them go outside with Mom so they can start getting an idea of what to do out there. (i.e. potty) You can allow them to wander the house when they start walking but watch them CLOSELY! Mom should help with the watching as well, females are usually really good about that.
How long until I can give them a bath? The people I got mine from bathed them at 2 weeks for the first time. Before that they would spinge bathe them to get an urine/feces off of them but that was it. Never before the cord stump falls off though.
Hope this helps!

Make sure you purchase a baby scale the measures in grams to make sure that each puppy rapidly gains weight daily. If they don’t, you may need to top them off with a home made formula that I can help you make. Email me and I can walk you through anything you need to know.
I show, breed, and train quality Shiba Inus.

they should be in a whelping box - a small contained area.. so they cannot roll or squirm away from mom.
mom will eat their poops and keep the area clean but you should change the blanet in the box twice a day or at least once a day.
at 3 weeks they will start to wander - make sure moms food and water is in the room where the pups are - they will see her eat and will try to mimic her... she should be on PUPPY food and will need to be on puppy food til they are weaned
you DO NOT need to bathe them - this is stressful on them
ok the MOST IMPORTANT thing - spay your dog as soon as you can... every heat cycle ads to her risk of cancer.... plus there are so many mixed breed pups already waiting for homes... and so many will be euthanized for lack of homes - if your pups find homes ... it means 4 other pups did not.. if you love your dog you will spay her...
caution : when its time to find homes for the pups... you would be best to surrender them to a shelter who can screen potential adopters.. the people who do nasty things to pups are not going to come to you looking like creeps they will look respectable.. since you cannot screen the adopters you cannot guarantee good homes for your pups

You don't want to take them anywhere to be clipped.. Take a pair of regular nail clippers and just take off the tip. You get them used to getting their nails done now, and they will be fine when they grow up, when it comes to having their nails clipped. Start early and get them used to everything !

Well, you need to call your vet. They can tell you what to do, and they need to make sure that your pups are healthy. But next time, please get your dog spayed! There are so many unwanted animals out there!

try not to touch on them too much ,cause the mother might not like your scent and will single the pups that you touch out.
