There are people who seem to keep a happy face through all their stress. I know Im not the only one with problems but I cant snap out of my horrible mood. Its getting worse and a little isolating after losing a baby. I see a grief counselor for it but I need more. All those stress busters you read about,do these things really work? I have two other children and Im always so irritable. Its got to stop. I used to be an awesome mom.

Sorry for your loss. Grief can be tough. Cry it out as often as you can and keep busy.
I'd also recommend a stringent diet and exercise program. Low fats, low sugars (they can depress you!), high fiber, high proteins. Get up early and get dressed and take the kids for a walk....even when it's cold and wet. Pushing yourself physically often relieves the built up mental stress we hold in.

I think it comes down to knowing what you can and cannot do. Lots of things happen that you have no control of whatsoever. What's done is done. You have to do your best not to let those things bother you. (Easy to say, I know.) I think people can maintain a happy face because they do everything they can to positively affect those things they can change. I'm sure you can still be an awesome mom!

Best thing to do is pick up somethings that you used to enjoy as a child and do that with yours.
I know exactly what you mean when it comes to working, being a mother and staying or being happy......
I play puzzles with my daughter, go to the library and pull out some books together with her and just relax or watch a movie with her...
Before you yell or start to get irritated just hug them and tell them how much you love them or do something that would benefit the both of you.
But don't spoil them girl, lol
Take Care.

Take a vacation and enjoy yourself with your two children. It's a lot of fun to see their excitements, and being their mom, it makes you feel how important you are in their lives and upbringing.
