If the onset of flu symptoms has just come on within a day or two, try a visit to your doctor and ask him/her to prescribe Tamiflu for you. This is an antiviral that will lesses the severity of as well as the duration of flu symptoms.

if it's flu,it must last 10 days...rest,enjoy free time home...why people make such a problem out of it-is it the worst disease you can have?remember:if your muscles/"bones" don't ache-it's not flu...
and last but not least:
THERE ARE NO MEDICINES AGAINST VIRAL DISEASES...WE?D CURE HIV/AIDS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE;HAVE IN MIND!SO:TAMIFLU IS JUST INDUSTRY SELLING SOMETHING FOR MAKING PROFITS BIGGER!!!ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO THROW MONEY ON IT!!!i work as a doctor and trust me-tamiflu is completely unnecessary!

now go make some tea...;)

ps yes-advices above with vitamins et al are ok...so i won't rewrite them
