Okay, I have average african american hair, but I wash and straighten it often so its not that bad. The only thing i cant stand is the my hair doesnt move like, i could stand it straight up and it would barely move after i let go. I would get a relaxer but I want my hair to be longer so I want to grow it out a little first. I would be estatic if anyone could give me advice to make my hair move, or give me great products that will actually make my hair alot more managable without a relaxer. Thank you :]

Try the Dr. Miracle deep conditioner (Feel it Formula I think it's called). It's really great!

Hmm...nicely, to start with, no longer all African-American hair is an analogous texture, length and coloration... My aunt who's generally African American has very long, thick, straight away hair. perhaps you're utilising the incorrect style of relaxer or you're no longer leaving it in long adequate. i advise utilising the greater power and each 2 or 3 months utilising a "touch up" relaxer for "new growth". they have that, it has Keyshia Cole on the container. lol besides, i'm a million/2 Puerto Rican so my hair is plenty greater stringy and long and that i purely get incredibly puffiness around my edges on occasion. in simple terms brush your hair conventional, and take biotin supplementations thrice an afternoon. Your hair will advance. do no longer cut back it plenty, and don't burn it.enable it advance out.i found, that as my hair grew, the waves straightened out further and extra. Now my hair is in simple terms about to my waist

For me, getting my hair braided is the easiest way to control it. If you get small braids, youre hair has lots of movement, and it's not as difficult as straightening it (you don't have to worry about it getting in the rain and poofing).
