There is no war between Heaven and Hell. The war is between men and women's souls against the principalities and powers of evil. Jesus Christ already achieved the victory over sin and death and Satan for that matter.

If beings in hell, know what god is, and god is what many have claimed it is. Why would there be a war. God wouldn't need troops. God itself would be enough to stop any war right? How did anything in hell make it out, didn't god send them there?

God is all powerful, Satan found that out very fast when he was kicked out of Heaven. The test now is how many will follow him? God is inviting all who will to follow his Son Jesus Christ. Soon it will all be over, and Jesus Christ will be Lord and King of all.

It's actually a war on earth with believers trying to force non-believers into their chosen faith, or at a minimum to force them adhere to the laws of their own faith.
That's why I dislike religions. REALLY dislike them.
