is the "online medical question consult" the same as a getting a prescription from your doctor? Why do they ask for my your "local physican's name, address & phone number? Are they actully they going to contact my doctor?

yeah, some do. if you keep looking at different sites you will find one that doesnt ask for a local md's name.
unfortunately it typically isnt the cheaper sites.

buying meds that way is a dangerous thing to do and also illegal...post master can keep your package and you get a note saying we have it and you arent getting it
