I heard stuff like white rice and bananas were good, but I'm wondering what else could help? My period always throws this kinda stuff at me, so I figured I'd fight back for once, lol. Thanks in advance. =]

Check out this list of soluble fiber foods on the link below. Soluble fiber prevents and relieves BOTH diarrhea and constipation. I have IBS; and have to digest these type foods:

Soluble Fiber Foods
Rice
Pasta and noodles
Oatmeal
Barley
Fresh white breads such as French or sourdough (NOT whole wheat or whole grain)*
Rice cereals
Flour tortillas
Soy
Quinoa
Corn meal
Potatoes
Carrots
Yams
Sweet potatoes
Turnips
Rutabagas
Parsnips
Beets
Squash and pumpkins
Mushrooms
Chestnuts
Avocados (though they do have some fat)
Bananas
Applesauce
Mangoes
Papayas (also digestive aids that relieve gas and indigestion)

When my kids get diahrrhea the doctor always says to feed them Yogurt. Something about the live cultures in it can help!

When I was in the navy,we had a problem with diarrhoea Most od the ship's company were involved.We were all put on a diet of roast chicken.It worked too

Cheese is definatly a big one. Not cheese pizza though, all the grease/oils will only make it worse.

try milk, and eat more dairy foods, that will make it so its not so runny.
