Polar cooler. You said lunched? In the cooler would be coca cola, those bears have those terrorists on jumpgate 4 to one.
Really the recipe is not likely that they could make such a hit.
The one that hits from alpha diaglone is about 35 nakashimas
each day! The facts about reactions would be hard to predict
but when I was on delta zigoid the last hit was from a pirate
rogozong serious case, like silly fang on pokey man, he did
whatever he wanted. Good news, 100 days later it cooled out.
Bad Bad Bad news, the wave effect was 1/3 of as much as
the hit they made to extinguish the dinosaur. So they are too
bad for this clubhouse. I am sending spiderman with my new
web recipe, contribute all you can. [stuckup dude].

Two of the most powerful nukes in the world?

To figure this out, you will need to set the:

Date.
Mildness/strength of season.
How many kilotons each missile will set off.
Where on each ice cap.

I don't think there is any nuke in the world powerful enough to take out an entire ice cap. If it was near the edge of each ice cap, you might get a little flooding. If it was near the center of each, the water couldn't flow away, and nor would it need to because it would take up less space. Then it would refreeze and you'd get radioactive ice.

In a word. No.

Assuming there was one nuclear device delivered to each pole, which are 20 037.58 kilometers apart, only localised damage at the poles would occur. The ensuring heat wave would melt ice, however, certainly not enough to flood the areas of detonation.
