Start with coarse sandpaper and gradually soften it with fine sandpaper. Rubbing compound brings out the luster. It will then be a fine picture.

Open your start menu, scroll up to "find" and in the search place there you type in the name of your picture, or even just the word JPG or JPEG image. Hope I helped.
