Migraines put pressure in your brain. In your brain, your Medulla keeps your balance. If it is pushed on or has pressure from the liquid in your brain, it can mess up your balance and make you dizzy, or nausous. It happens to me too... I hate it. lol

Aspirin, which thins your blood, will only make it WORSE. Same for alcohol. They can be triggered by stress, or caffeine withdrawal, or other things. Chamomille, soothing music, aromatherapy, a long hot bath, or other natural remedies are as good as prescribed drugs that can have bad "side effects" like ruining your liver or kidneys. Of course sometimes they are caused by a cyst or tumour in the brain, happy thought I know. Also you might want to have your eyes checked, especially if there is any history of glaucoma in your family.
