If he is a skater, ask if you can join him for a big gulp at the 7-11 he hangs out at.

Get him a Porche. Guys like these cars and he will want to date you for sure. If that does not do it buy him a new pair of rollar skates. He is a skater so he must be good at rollar skating.

Well, try starting to ask questions. Like, "what got you into skating?" or something like that. Be friendly, help him when he's in need, and let him warm up to you first. Don't just bust the question one day. Become acquaintances first, then when you both trust each other enough, ask him out.

ask him if he wants to hang out anytime.
just say,
hi, [insert name here.] what's up?"
*his responce here*
"that's cool. so. um. we should hang out sometime. defantly."
and if he comes up with an excuse of why he can't, you know he's not wroth it, because you haven't even given him a day or place yet. so if he says "um. i'm busy." just drop it at that and say "alright."
but if he says something along the lines of "alright, sounds cool."
reply back,
"well, when should we?"
