No way, look there is big money to be made when cops shoot an unarmed citizen and it makes a few rich people a lot richer so it's going to continue. For reasons unknown, Miami put a stop to it real quick and didn't fire any cops. So it's not the cops it's their leaders that give them enough slack that they do do it and then the money falls from the taxpayers pockets like the leaves in the Fall of the year. All written off to law and order. and the dumb taxpayers put up with it.

It appears as though you are jumping to conclusions. I don't read a failure to train in the article only that they hadn't attended the second qualification for the year. As well, even independant witnesses say there was a person with a gun in the vehicle even though he denies that accusation. If you are privy to all of the evidence then you should get with the prosecuting attorney and help. It's obvious that I'm a cop and will stand with my brothers and sisters to defend them WHEN THEY ARE RIGHT and will (and have) put cuffs on them when they are wrong. But just like I will thoroughly investigate the facts of a case regarding a citizens case before I place someone in jail, I would do the same for a police officer. Don't jump to conclusions just because the Reverend Al Sharptons bandwagon is passing by. Remember, he's been wrong many times in the past as have others when they jump to conclusions before knowing the facts. By the way, why was this guy at a topless bar drinking the morning of his wedding anyway? Are you even a little upset that he would be out lusting after other women the day he is to be married? (an no I don't think that justifies shooting him in case you're thinking that, nor am I trying to deflect attention away from what needs to be INVESTIGATED)

Everybody is an arm chair warrior. You CAN LEGITIMATELY shoot an unarmed person. As long as that person poised as some type of immediate threat to the general public that would result in the serious injury or death of another, or the officer. In this case unfourtunately an innocent man was killed. Dont always be so quick to jump on the bandwagon and "bash the police". If the police are wrong they will be handled accordingly.

Excuses, regardless of how good they may sound to appease the public will NOT bring back those killed..
