Hello Judith - Why need 2 lose 10# in 10 day, 1#/ day?! Get healthy diet, exercise, rest that is best U can do. Trying out 4 a team? Weight loss Stress can cause weight gain. Body slows 2 conserve energy. Eat right fiber ( fruit, veggies ), less fat & sugar & get energy. Body needs food 4 repair! Exercise control hunger - Swim /Tai Chi feels great- little exercise. Drink 1 oz water per lb body weight. Rest often. Motivate 4 acomplishment.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Reading a book stuffed with useless words will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. do NOT lose 10 pounds in 10 dys, thats really unhealthy
maybe a pound or 2 in a week is healthy
way to do that is to not eat as much sweets and replace them w/ healthy food
dont eat leass, that will actually make u gain weight b/c ur body will hold onto to any fat there is
exercise a lot

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
