Have u asked them why they wouldnt do that for you? I had transfer money from my account to Western Union with not problem. If you are about to leave the country for good, I would recomend to take all of it in cash.
Trying to have the money from another country would cost you some commissions they charge for the service.

If you are fishing, remember this, many, many of us were born at night--
but not last night.

Where are you and where is home? Maybe letters to your Embassy and then your Capitol would resolve the problem so that others in the future having come upon misfortune will not have the same trying difficulties.

You dont have to talk to the embassy! It is the bank that you have to deal with! Talk to the bank officers directly. Each bank has its own ruling! It is not anyone of us who will help you.

Close out the account and take all of the money. They can't stop you from doing that. From there, it is your right to spend the cash as you wish.

I'm with Daisy! We didn't just fall off the turnip truck, ya know! You be PIMPING us a bit?
Besides, the Mexicans do it all the time here in the US. I don't think they'd come here if they couldn't. Hey that's a novel thought!

As I said to your previous question, I believe you are trying to scam people here.

People, do NOT fall for this person! She is lying, I would bet my life on it! Check out her profile. She has access to a computer, so she is not without any funds.

If I see another of your questions such as this, I will report you to YA.

Can you take out your money? Get it in cash or a cashier's check. Are you trying to withdraw from another country? Write a letter.
